Just bought a 2016 C4 Picasso automatic with 48000 on the clock. Looking through the service records I note that the gearbox oil has NOT been changed. Advice please on whether this is a requirement or not.

Purchased a used Citroen Grabd C4 Picasso 1.6 e-hdi auto (ETG6) yesterday. I feel like there is something wrong with the gear change. When the car is accelerating, and there should be a gear change, it feels like there is a short powerless before the gear change happens. The revs don't drop. Best way I could show it is by the graph attached.
I feel like either they put wrong oil in actuator or gearbox. If it has actuator oil is clear or yellow not red like ATF, same for the gearbox it takes 2L manual gearbox oil.
