I have recently been playing the River of Time and managed to get to Hammerberg. I am doing the get the vote quests and while doing Captain Rumpo's quest of cheering his friend up, I think I have run into a bug. I have looked all over the internet and haven't found anything about it, so I am confused. I am supposed to get Farfara's rapier back
